Returns & Refunds Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Marisoles Footwear & Accessories Inc., simply return the regular-priced item(s) for a full refund (less the shipping charges) within 30 days of the delivery date the item(s) were received. 

Returned item(s) must be received back to Marisoles Footwear & Accessories Inc. and within our possession before the 30 day period has expired.

All accessories, SALE and CLEARANCE items purchased are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.

Marisoles.ca does not have a product exchange program in place and does not exchange any merchandise.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS AND CONDITIONS

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must return your regular-priced item(s) (excluding accessories, sale and clearance items) within 30 days of the delivery date to Marisoles.ca, and must meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and/or in perfect  condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn,  unmarked, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification. 
  • All hangtags must be attached to the product as received and original packaging must be intact.
  • At the time of return, please include the original packing slip sent to you with your order and circle each item to be returned. If a clearly marked packing slip is not included, please expect delays and/or your return will not processed.
  • Returnable if purchased at regular price and not on sale. All sale items are final and are not eligible for a refund.
If your returned item does not meet this criteria, or is determined not to be defective, Marisoles.ca will send a follow-up email within 30 days and/or return the item back to you.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Marisoles Footwear & Accessories Inc. reserves the right to limit returns and is not responsible for any return packages not received and/or lost in transit. Please contact the carrier (ie. Canada Post) directly in these circumstances.

REFUNDS

If the order was made using a credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for that particular purchase. If the order was made using any other method, such as a Marisoles.ca Gift Certificate or Coupon Code, a Marisoles.ca store credit will be applied to your Marisoles.ca online account or a Marisoles.ca Gift Certificate will be emailed to you. A refund of the purchase price (less the original shipping charges) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned regular-priced item(s).

All shipments and returns are handled by Canada Post if a domestic order and by the chosen shipper if an international order.

Purchases not made directly on Marisoles.ca are not eligible for a refund. This means no third-party purchases – including purchases made at any boutiques, any trade shows, and/or purchases from any other resellers.
