Shipping Policy

All items are subject to availability. If item(s) are unavailable, orders will still be fulfilled and a refund will be issued for any unavailable Item(s) within 12-15 business days.

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within four (4) operating business days when placed before 3pm EST, excluding holidays. However, this cannot be guaranteed in the rare event of unforeseen delays and circumstances.

All deliveries are made are carried out Monday through Friday and not on weekends or honoured holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and it will contain your tracking number(s).

Marisoles Footwear & Accessories, Inc. will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner at the shipping rates as stated within the cart shipping calculation tool. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Marisoles Footwear & Accessories, Inc. If your package is returned to us unopened, we will attempt to contact you via the email address used for your order. Please ensure the email given is correct. If we do not receive a response within the following seven (7) business days from the day the package was received, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping charges.


All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless an alternate choice is made using the cart shipping tool at the time of purchase.

The shipping costs associated to all orders is based on weight and destination. All shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and they vary based on method selected.
