All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within four (4) operating business days when placed before 3pm EST, excluding holidays. However, this cannot be guaranteed in the rare event of unforeseen delays and circumstances.
All deliveries are made are carried out Monday through Friday and not on weekends or honoured holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and it will contain your tracking number(s).
Marisoles Footwear & Accessories, Inc. will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner at the shipping rates as stated within the cart shipping calculation tool. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Marisoles Footwear & Accessories, Inc. If your package is returned to us unopened, we will attempt to contact you via the email address used for your order. Please ensure the email given is correct. If we do not receive a response within the following seven (7) business days from the day the package was received, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping charges.
